1. Provider and scope
Illes Janos · Droppy https://droppyto.com/en/contact
These terms govern your Droppy account and use of the software. They apply to consumers and business users. Individually agreed terms and mandatory statutory rights take precedence.
2. Accounts and service
Account holders must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any organisation they represent. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and report unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person or use receiving details without permission.
Droppy provides public profiles and campaigns, payment destinations, cryptocurrency addresses and support-intent reports. Features, campaign limits, currencies and exports depend on the plan shown before purchase. Usernames may be fixed for technical reasons. No income or support volume is guaranteed.
3. Purchases through Paddle
For orders placed through Paddle, the Paddle entity identified at checkout acts as Merchant of Record and seller for the purchase. Its Buyer Terms govern the sale and payment arrangements. Droppy remains responsible for delivering its software and product support. This applies only to actual Paddle orders and does not mean Paddle processes payments to campaign owners.
The total price, currency, applicable taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation conditions and included features must be disclosed before a paid order. Add-ons require an express order. An upgrade button that only displays information does not charge you.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
The billing period and renewal arrangement disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation apply. You may cancel through the route provided with your Paddle order or contact us for assistance. Unless your order or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the paid period ends.
Cancellation, statutory withdrawal and account deletion are separate actions. Contact us to stop any active subscription before requesting account deletion. Upgrades and downgrades require disclosure of price and feature changes; statutory termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
5. External support payments and crypto
Payments to campaign owners take place through the selected external provider or blockchain. Droppy does not hold those funds or manage private wallet keys. Connected-wallet features may prepare transaction requests, which supporters approve in their own wallets.
Recipients are responsible for lawful campaign content, accurate receiving details, required disclosures and their own tax obligations. Support is not automatically a charitable or tax-deductible donation. Check recipient, amount, currency, network, token contract and any memo/tag before approving. Crypto transfers may be irreversible. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys and do not provide investment advice.
Problems or refund requests concerning a support payment should be addressed to the recipient and, where relevant, the payment provider. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Analytics
Reports and PDF/CSV exports measure selected amounts and interactions, not verified payments or receipts. Repeated events, automated traffic, missing consent or technical failures can affect the results. Report detail and time windows depend on the plan. Exports are not payment receipts or tax certificates.
7. Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in your content and grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to host, process and display it through Droppy and its technical providers. Publish only content and receiving details you are entitled to use. Public information may be indexed or copied.
Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, unlawful content, infringement, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful collections, unlicensed financial or gambling offers, pornography campaigns and weapons sales campaigns are prohibited, including through linked pages.
Report concerns to https://droppyto.com/en/contact with the exact URL, affected content and reasons. We review reports and may take proportionate measures, such as removing content or restricting accounts. Where lawful, users receive reasons and may challenge a decision through the same contact. Mandatory notice, complaint and redress rights remain available.
8. Availability, changes and defects
Maintenance and external outages may affect availability. No specific uptime is promised unless expressly agreed. Statutory rights concerning defects and required updates remain unaffected.
Material changes require an appropriate contractual and legal basis, clear notice and any applicable termination rights. Silence alone does not authorise material price changes. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove existing rights.
9. Liability and applicable law
Liability remains unlimited for intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory statutory liability and assumed guarantees. For ordinary negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Other ordinary-negligence liability is excluded only where lawful.
German law applies, preserving mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights of consumers in their country of habitual residence. No exclusive court or compulsory arbitration is imposed on consumers. Contact us at https://droppyto.com/en/contact; refund and privacy information are linked below.
